The most interesting events of human right program at Docudays UA-2015

16 March 2015

Side-by-side with Docudays UA film screenings takes place a human rights program. This year it is dedicated to propaganda but it also covers different aspects of human rights. All our events are interesting and important but they are so numerous that we decided to select five events which will be of interest to any one no matter how familiar he or she is with human rights subject.

Film screenings and discussions from the cycle Propaganda

Propaganda has been and remains an indispensible part of our life. It can’t be eluded or avoided – but one can learn to resist it and also to use in good deeds and with a useful purpose. Three films The Look of Silence, This is my land and Ash and Money appeal to propaganda presence in three important spheres: history, education and politics. They are members of a non-competition program Propaganda and aim at demonstrating the audience multidimensionality and variety of its performance. After each screening the festival team prepares discussions with experts and leaders of thought.
