On March 25, the People’s Republic of Belarus was proclaimed, and Belarusians celebrate this date as Independence Day. During recent years, the issue of preservation of statehood has been of special importance for Belarusian society.
Sevyaryn Kvyatkovsky, publicist, writer, one of the creators of sociocultural campaign “Let’s Be Belarusians!”, Tetyana Yavorska, head of civic organization “Lanka”, and Valeryn Kustava, writer and civic activist, are inviting to the presentation “What changed in Belarus under the influence of Russian aggression in Ukraine: the estimate of state’s position, attitudes in society, and activization of pro-empire powers in the country”.
The event will include discussion of whether Belarusian society will be able to unite in case of external threat, or will it split in two camps. The presentation visitors will have an opportunity to raise a glass of Belarusian national drink “krambambulya” for the joint victory.
